Timings
Session length: Each individuals session is 50 minutes long. Couples sessions are 60 minutes.
Frequency: Sessions are weekly, usually at the same time each week.
Duration: How long you would like sessions to continue for can be discussed in the initial meeting.
Working hours: Monday-Friday / 10am-2pm + Wednesdays & Thursdays 5-7pm
